Groups

It is not about learning techniques, but about taking the time to observe yourself.

“We all lead busy lives, and even the best intention to do something gets diluted for various reasons. Joining a group can make you more committed to your practice, and the group can also be inspiring for all its members.”

Active meditations

Dancing, shaking, breathing, walking… and then silence. Also on the PsyBru portal.

Active meditations

A form of meditation that includes movement such as dancing, shaking, breathing and walking, combined with moments of silence and stillness.

What it involves

  • A regular practice, although it is possible to attend a single session.
  • Practising the same meditation over several sessions, to move past the fascination of the “first time” and other mental traps.
  • Clearing out some of the initial mental clutter and observing your thoughts, behaviours, sensations and emotions.

The Brussels Region network of “first-line” psychologists has included Active Meditations among the activities offered on its portal.
Visit the PsyBru portal for all the 2026–2027 dates.

Residential workshops

It is a wonderful opportunity to deepen body awareness, contact with emotions and the understanding of how you yourself function (through awareness). In addition, the work offered makes it possible to integrate experiences in a very respectful and safe setting.
This is not a course focused on “techniques”, but on the inner process.

To understand the work offered, you can visit the website: tantra-conscience.fr/notre-approche

No previous experience is needed, only the intention to work on yourself.

For years my path has been enriched by working with Nicolle and Alain. Every workshop they offer is a concrete contribution to a better humanity. The power of simplicity, to experience the sacred. I will be glad to have a word with you and explain what happens at each gathering.

Violent relationships

A workshop for women, single mothers or those for whom separation may be an option to consider, and who suffer or have suffered violence in its different forms (isolation, being deprived of resources and social ties, including those with loved ones and family, belittlement, destabilisation, reversal of blame — “it’s probably my fault” —, the creation of a climate of fear, etc.).
In other words, violence is not only physical: it also includes verbal and psychological violence, blackmail, psychological pressure, monitoring your phone and your activities, financial surveillance of your purchases and spending…
It may come from your partner or ex-partner, but also from other members of your family (brothers, sisters, parents, etc.).

These everyday situations become hard to manage, drain a lot of energy and are exhausting.

In practical terms, it is a group of 4 to 6 women per session, free of charge and confidential, offering the chance to talk about violence in a safe, welcoming and respectful setting.
Conversation alternates with active meditations, body exercises and voluntary sharing between participants, allowing them to learn from the experience of other women and mothers, share practical information that helps in daily life, find avenues for action and shed light on the sources or origin of the violence they have experienced.
